laksa is a free, open-source service. Support is handled through GitHub Issues:

Include the MCP endpoint you used (https://laksa.danny.vn/mcp), the tool called (search, document, corpus_status, quality_gaps, guide), the query or arguments, and what you expected vs. got. For wrong or missing legal texts, include the document number so the corpus gap can be traced.
Issues are triaged on a best-effort basis. Data-accuracy reports (wrong citation, wrong validity, missing document) get priority — accuracy is the product.
