Privacy Policy — laksa
Last updated: 2026-06-21
laksa is an evidence-only MCP service that returns excerpts of public Malaysian
legal documents (banking digital/technology regulation) with citations and source links.
It serves data; it does not generate answers and has no user accounts.
1. No accounts, no personal data
- laksa requires no login, no signup, and no personal information. It does not collect, request, or store names, emails, or profiles.
- Please do not include personal or sensitive data in queries — it is a legal-evidence lookup tool, not a place for personal information.
2. What is processed
- Your query text is used transiently to retrieve and return matching legal provisions. It is not used to build a profile and is not sold or shared.
- Operational logs (timestamp, IP address, request metadata) may be retained briefly for reliability, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention only. No advertising, no tracking, no data sales.
3. Data served
- All returned content is public official Malaysian legal text from the Attorney General's Chambers Laws of Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, and the Securities Commission Malaysia, with links back to those official sources.
4. Infrastructure & third parties
- Hosted on Google Cloud Run and AWS RDS (Singapore region), using standard provider security.
- The AI client you connect from (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Grok) is governed by its own privacy policy; laksa has no control over it.
